Hi. I am Jackie Allen.

I created SHINE health because I am passionate about health, wellness, healing and helping others find their path.

Welcome!  I am so glad you are here :) I was born and raised on the east coast. I have spent many years in gorgeous Santa Barbara CA, and now share my time between the coast of Massachusetts and the west coast of Florida.

I love to garden and cook and believe that real food comes from the earth. I have witnessed the healing powers foods have and believe food is medicine.  

I am a graduate of the largest nutrition school in the world, The Institute of Integrative Nutrition(IIN). I Found IIN after years of mysterious imbalance in my body, leading to struggles with infertility and auto immune symptoms.. I studied and researched and learned. I began to make changes to my diet and lifestyle. Over the past 7 years, these changes have completely changed me. I have balanced dis-ease in my body, become more intuitive, harnessed greater energy, and halted all auto immune symptoms. I am more aware of my energy, the energies that I am around and my body’s needs for sleep and meditation. My personal diet and lifestyle choices work for me. I would love to help you make the changes that fit your body and life. Helping others incorporate healthy habits into their lives in order to meet all of their health and lifestyle goals is my passion.
